Here’s a clip I’ve put together to share a quick overview of most all the waterfront luxury condos in the Sarasota area. I hope you enjoy and I’ll be creating similar videos for Bird Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key and Siesta key real estate as well.
Last weekend I spent a couple of days at the NAR conference in Orlando and I was able to capture a few video clips above, to share with you some of the highlights as well as our Allison James Estates & Homes booth. I learned about a lot of great new products and services and was interviewed by the notorious Kingsley Philmore of Visual Tour, my favorite virtual tour product. When I receive the production quality dvd of the full interview I’ll post it for agents considering this service. I’m happy to be back in Sarasota now, helping clients buy and sell real estate, offering free Sarasota mls map searching through www.FreeSarasotaMLS.com!
This weekend was the classic car show at Saint Armands Circle, but at least equally if not more important was the return of the 15 South lunch buffet. This (for now) is my favorite food and value ($9.95) on St. Armands and it is located on the south leg of the circle right beside the met. For those from out of town, Saint Armands Circle is west just over the John Ringling bridge between Bird Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key.
I was disappointed to learn that the Fourth Friday jazz on the circle won’t start until January this year, but I guess the budget cuts have to begin somewhere!
We are so close to all kinds of fun stuff to do! Last weekend, Crystal and I took our son Preston to Disney World for the first time. He had a wonderful time (we did too) and the best part is that it is only a 2 hour drive each way. Check out some of the fun things we did…
